As co-chairs, on behalf of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) in cooperation with the Société québécoise d’évaluation de programme (SQEP), we are delighted to invite you to the annual conference of 2023. It will be held at the Hilton of Quebec City from June 19 to 21, 2023. As well, there will be workshops organized before and after the conference on June 17, 18 and 22.

We want to respectfully acknowledge that C2023 will be held on the original lands of Nionwentsïo of the Hurons-Wendats.

Change is the only constant in our lives! The objective of the 2023 conference is to provide an opportunity to reflect on the state of the evaluation practice: where we are and what directions we should take in the future. The theme of this conference is “Evaluation in a Changing World” and it comes to life through four sub-themes.

This major event would not be possible without the tireless efforts of all our volunteers. We know that the time invested into the conference from all contributors will be reflected in the quality of the conference proceedings for all attendees.
