Members

The “member” registration rates apply to CES members in good standing at the time of registration, including members with joint AEA, AES, ANZEA and EES memberships. A $10 carbon offset is added in all cases.

• Regular registration, early bird rate: $625; regular rate: $700

• Full time student registration: $275

Non-members

The "non-member" registration rates apply to all others, including members of the Société québécoise d'évaluation de programme and the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter who are not members of the CES. Membership is not included in the registration fees for non-members. A $10 carbon offset is added in all cases.

• Regular registration, early bird rate: $775; regular rate: $875

• Full time student registration: $350

Workshops

Registration for workshops requires registration for the conference; workshop registration may be allowed without conference registration in the last two weeks before the conference.

• Regular registration, full day, early bird rate: $280; regular rate: $330

• Regular registration, half day, early bird rate: $140; regular rate: $175

• Full time student registration, full day: $100

• Full time student registration, half day: $75

• Without conference registration, full day: $560

• Without conference registration, half day: $280

Online broadcast of the plenaries

For those unable to attend the conference in person, the three plenary conferences on June 19, 20 and 21 will be broadcast online. This registration does not provide access to a recording of these events, nor the ability to ask questions virtually. Registering for the online broadcast enables registration for virtual workshops.

• Non-members: $100

Refunds

Reimbursement of a registration is possible for requests received in writing no later than the end of the day on May 17, 2023, less an administration fee of $100; email admin@evaluationcanada.ca. After this date, no refunds will be provided, but we will accept substitution of delegates. The replacement person is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with this substitution as well as updating all contact information.
